The First Prophet was Hazrat Adam and the last Prophet was Hazrat Muhammad.

The author presents, in brieflife-sketches of twenty six prominent Prophets mentioned in the Holy Qur'an in chronological order, to study the evolution of society, its expanding religion and worship, politics and administration, social psychologies and custom. It shows how a particular Prophet suits his time, how they place their rule to bring the beguiled to the right path.
