Adults should always inflate the balloons and supervise children under 8 years of age. It's always best to inflate the balloons as close as possible to the event. How well your balloon stays filled or floats in the air very much depends on how much it has been filled, how it has been tied, what the weather on the day is like (are they in direct sunlight? or extreme temperature?), and how the balloons have been stored (they don't react well to extreme temperatures). 

We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 working days. On rare occasions, items may be out of stock in our warehouse whilst showing as available on the website. In such circumstances we will e-mail or call you to arrange a refund or exchange.

We do Standard delivery which is a home delivery which is usually made within 3 to 5 working days of your order being placed. We also do Express delivery which is also a home delivery which is usually made within 1 to 2 Working Days.
