Sūrah As-Saff teaches us some fundamental ways of how to live our lives as believers and not be deceived by the materialistic things of this worldly life. In order to achieve this, we can take inspiration by looking at the lives of the Sahābah radi allahu anhum and our pious predecessors. They were firm in acting upon the things they would preach. We need to keep in mind that when we remain true to our pledge, then Allāh Subhanahu wa ta'ala will allow us to remain dominant over everyone else.
