This treatise before you is a collection of the daily Prophetic Sunnats - practices and habits - a guide for us all to follow. The objective behind this book is to instil the love for the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam by encouraging our readers to implement his Sunnats into their daily lives. The daily Sunnats range from worship to general social and personal etiquettes and conduct. Each habit relative to a specific Sunnah is referenced from a hadīth. On the face of it, it may appear overwhelming but I can assure you that once you start to slowly implement them, then over time they gradually become your second nature. Each Sunnat is never difficult to adopt for a true believer. It is hoped that this book will be taught within the curriculum's of madāris worldwide as an attempt to instil students with a firm understanding and knowledge regarding the Sunnah. This is of vital importance during one’s youth so that good habits can develop and continue throughout adulthood.
